I am a freelance science writer living in Toronto, Canada. I earned a BSc in Ecology from the University of Toronto and recently graduated from the MS program in Ecology and Evolution from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
I studied the interactions between Bullhorn acacias and ants in restored tropical forest in Mexico for my Master's research. I am still interested in tropical biology, conservation and insects, but now I write about these topics for the public. Feel free to check out my work with Canadian podcast Science for the People and science news website Envirobites.
